TH_NK LAUNCHES NEW DIVISION IN LIVERPOOL FOCUSSED ON HELPING CLIENTS OPTIMISE, SCALE AND RUN DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We’re excited to announce the launch TH_NK Live, a new division focussed on helping clients optimise and support their current digital products and services; as well as developing processes and in-house capability to enable organisational change and international growth.
TH_NK Live will offer deeper and broader capability for TH_NK’s client base including Vue Entertainment, LV=, Adecco Group and Warner Bros. but will operate as a standalone business with its own client base.

Based in SPACES at Liverpool’s Tea Factory, TH_NK Live will be led by the newly appointed Managing Director, Amanda Follit. Follit has 25 years’ experience in digital services and joins having spent the past 12 years as Head of Digital Operations Services at digital agency Amaze. While at Amaze Follit created its support department, evolving and growing it to become Digital Operations Services which created service solutions and operational processes for global clients such as Unilever, Lexus and Toyota.

Joining Follit’s team are Zoe Stephens, Operations Director and Joe Vain, Technical Director. Between them they have 22 years’ digital services experience working with clients such as Coca-Cola, NSPCC, Virgin Trains, Shell and De Beers Group. They will lead a broader team of infrastructure, roll-out and web management specialists.
TH_NK Live will launch with four key service areas, including Technical and Operational Optimisation, Global to Local Roll Out, Web Management Excellence & Training and Infrastructure & Application Support.
